​ESS was establish in 2009 to provide services of Predictive-Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Testing for electrical and mechanical equipment for large and medium commercial and industrial buildings in Puerto Rico and Caribbean. The founder has more 10 years of experience on design and implementation of maintenance services, oriented to minimize repairs and operation interruptions.
